People Patterns

We want to introduce you to a new idea that can help you to function better - people patterns.

Intro

These are common limiting patterns we have identified which underlie much of human malfunctioning. We intend to develop some more as time goes by. Below are the patterns and if you can identify your self, you can use it to help yourself. These patterns are instinctive and unconscious and happen underneath logical reasoning and are outside of any logical control. These are core underlying obstacle or limitation we have to contend with for most of our lives. If you read the whole list, and identify with all of them, then you need help! Ask an observant friend. But really you will certainly identify with more than one, so if you want to use more than one, start with the strongest identification and work on to the next strongest if that's still relevant after the first one. If the situation changes go with the change, work on that. This is the simplest and the natural way.

You can mix therapies according to what you know. If, after a healing download, a flower remedy or a mantra seems indicated use it. If a disease process is highlighted, follow that. Each will shift a layer or issue and allow you to move on.

Keeping a log of what you do for what reason and the result will add clarity to the process and may well prove useful later on looking back.

Listening

We suggest you listen to these for

  • 10 days
  • unless it kicks in earlier, even after the first listen, when you can stop listening.

Then you always wait

  • at least a week minimum
  • and at least twice as long as the days you listened to it
  • for inner processing to complete
  • before repeating if needed

Listening again may well be a good plan or the next one.

Processing

This processing might mean anything from a peaceful resolution that you hardly notice, or the existing problem rearing its head like never before so that you can really get to grips with it.

Advantages

It is not that these will solve everything but they will help remove one layer of obstacle to living by processing it and resolving it to some extent. The after effect will be a new level of consciousness, less resistance to life, more energy from unblocking this restrictive posture and you experience things from a more aware and compassionate point of view. Also you will be less dragged into the past and anxious about the future and more content about living as it happens.

The People Patterns

The Most Basic Patterns

1 Sex with everything

This person is sexually orientated; it is the main focus of their life. It doesn't matter what their speciality is, sex is always the driving force and the underlying motivation. They can never get it off their mind. Maybe they confused love and sex and don't understand that sex is about intimacy and relationship. It's not that sex isn't there to be really enjoyed and profoundly experienced, but it's dominating the person's life and tripping them up all over the place. In extreme maybe they are spending their entire free time watching pornography. Or they only feel comfortable with the opposite sex. Or the only programs they watch have a sexual content. They may regard it as normal, and they may have similar friends in the same situation. But anybody outside of their circle knows it is the key agenda.

2 Eating with Everything

This person is food orientated, every stress and strain is coped with by eating. It's fine to really appreciate food and to be a food connoisseur, but not to eat as a compensation for missing love, companionship, and unsatisfactory life or any of life's many problems and challenges. It's the person who frequents the fast food restaurant, the cake shop, and takes home plenty of for extras for nibbling. It's very hard to confront this issue, it's an unconscious compulsive urge that is overwhelming, and that's why this people pattern is here.

Basic Patterns

3 Panic and freeze (PS1)

This person reacts with acute fear and panic, which happens before they can think. It's a reflex action that is beyond their control and it's behind every fear they have which is a lot. Their first reaction to everything is fright and freeze and this can come out as embarrassment, the inability to speak soon enough, holding back, and not taking the opportunity life offers. They are the instinctive wallflowers of life. They observe well, and can become writers and commentators rather than performers.

4 Panic and run

These are people who react with fear and fright to all of life's difficult situations by trying to run away. They develop avoidance strategies, not do things, or run away at the first opportunity, as a child and as an adult. They can literally run away from the obstacles and challenges of life. These are the escape artists. They can literally be runners or wingers. They are running off their excess adrenaline which calms them down.

5 Panic and Fight

These are people who always on the defensive, their first reaction to everything is NO. You ask them to do something and No is the initial response or the body language, and you have to wait for them to calm down before they can agree. It's the child you have to warn long enough in advance about what you are going to do next. It's the man who is uncooperative despite himself. Hostility is second nature to them, and they cant control it. Martial arts could become a way of living this, as could becoming muscle bound at the gym or playing defensive in sport.

Underlying Patterns

6 Crisis (TY)

Every problem is a crisis. This person experiences life as a series of crises which require intense and prompt action to overcome. By the urgency in which they expressed their problem you would think the ship was sinking! There is no time to lose and something needs to be done now. They want your urgent attention for a problem that they have been struggling with for many years. It's a chronic state of alarm and panic which doesn't fit the situation.

7 Optimistic but struggling - makes efforts (PS2)

Limited but optimistic. This person feels that they are in some way limited but they also know they can overcome it with some effort. It requires an appropriate action to solve it. They are essentially optimistic that they can overcome the many obstacle to life that always occur. Their self doubt alternates with energy and enthusiasm.

8 Effort then resignation (RW)

This person puts in every effort to overcome their problem and does all the right things, but it doesn't really work and finally they have to accept the problem. But gradually the acceptance state wears off and the challenges start again and this brings about another episode of prolonged effort which again exhausts their courage and energy.

9 Can't solve it - have to live with it (SC)

The problem is fixed and permanent. This person has one big problem or situation that is marked by fixity and permanency. Once it started it's never going to end. They cope with it and had to accept it, to live with it and to resign to it. They can talk about this problem or they can deny it and hide it and then it is a fear that they will be unmasked. They have an anticipation that the state will be discovered. They feel that nothing can be done and they will have to live with it. This problem can often have a sexual orientation, for example they are gay and are hiding it and don't want to outed/discovered, or a judge using prostitutes etc.

10 Complaining, feel unfortunate (ML)

The problem is fixed and they complained about it. The problems and challenges that life presents are all fixed around one point and experienced as a hindrance and an obstacle that stops them achieving what they want to achieve. What have I done to deserve this? He or she doesn't actually do anything about the problem, they just feel unfortunate and complain about it, or they try to do something about it and doesn't work. Every now and then the challenge rears its ugly head strongly but it never really goes away and he or she has to limit their life because they cant solve it.

11 Destructive, it's unbearable and it's killing me (SY)

I cannot solve my problem and its destroying me. The problem or challenge they think will kill them and it cannot be solved. Nothing can be done at the same time the problem is unbearable. They try some form of desperate action but that won't work either. They may try a destructive lifestyle that doesn't work, drugs, drink, fast cars or crime for example. Superhuman effort may be undertaken, noble challenges taken up, but these will fail. This person can get seriously depressed. They can be unbearable to live with.

12 Controlling the inner chaos - the perfectionist (CC)

I can solve my problem by controlling it. This person is a controlled and a perfectionist person not just in their speciality but in everything all the time. This leaves no opportunity for rest, it's a built-in stressor going on day and night. Inside they feel chaotic, and controlling everything is their strategy that will never work. They can have underlying issues with their father, feeling criticised, guilty, and never express anger.

13 Change will solve it - change or suffocate (TU)

This person feels that life is too short, he feels suffocated by the problems of life, he needs a change of air, of job, of partner, of house, and if nothing else works just moving the furniture around will help. This person is always busy, in hectic activity, and burns the candle at both ends.

14 Abandoned and dirty - outcast and disgust (LP)

This person feels unwanted and completely alone, they have nobody, they feel despised, abandoned and badly treated even by their own family. They cannot trust anybody and have to rely on themselves. They act like they are a leper and they get treated as one. They feel dirty so they compensate by exaggerated hygiene, and can have a lot of disgust for smells, rubbish, sweat and other body secretions. They may wash too often, disinfect everything and have a real fear of germs.

15 Unloved (SU)

This is for lack of self love, leading to fear not to deserve his mother's love and to fear to be abandoned by her. The belief not to be worthy of the love of his parents, especially that of the mother is a deep rooted one that takes time to resolve. The result in adults is a lack of self-love which is the basis of compassion. Jealous and control strategies in relationships come from this. This helps us learn to love ourselves again. The fear of being abandoned is due a lack of nurturing going back perhaps generations of the mothers line, because the child experiences his mother as the one who is his source of love, warmth, affection.

16 Lack of Identity (LM)

There is a deep unawareness of the your identity; you are not centred in the mind/body and are easily disturbed by the energy of other persons and surroundings. There is no real clarity of mind; thinking is muddled and defences against the outer world are lowered. Helps people to become more conscious of their own needs, more able to say 'no' to other people and no longer willing to be used as a drudge.

17 Lack of Boundaries (VR)

These people have insufficient separation of their own energy fields from the energy outside. They pick up other peoples emotions like a sponge. They are so vulnerable that they are continuously in a state of emotional imbalance. Shopping malls are a nightmare. A coping strategy is to avoid TV, radio, not to shop, not to read newspapers, and have only superficial contacts with other people. Helps people to stay in contact with the external world on all levels without being overwhelmed by it and to feel what our own emotions are and what those of others, without mixing them up.

18 There's Two of Me (AN)

For when there are contradictory energies in a person, for example a state of great joy alternated with deep sadness or he feels so different that it is as if he is two persons at the same time. A person in a situation that his own will is supplanted in some way by the will of someone else, a parent, spouse or boss at work. This will join the two together.

19 Paradise Lost (HD)

The problem here a feeling of separation from everything, yet wanting to become one with everything. The opposite face of this is one of being close to paradise, an high state, where people get to from drugs, a unique experience, or meditation but they are not ready to experience this.
