I registered over 10 minutes ago but have still not received my password.
Have you checked your email's spam folder? Sometimes an email program can mislabel an email as spam. To avoid this happening in future, please add the Healing Downloads email to your address book.
When I try to login, my password is not accepted.
Your password is CaSe SeNsItIvE. Please check you do not have the CAPS LOCK button pressed on your computer keyboard. Try cutting and pasting in your password from the email you received.
Can I change my password to one of my choice?
Yes, you can. In fact, this is recommended. Once logged in to MY ACCOUNT, click on the CHANGE LOGIN link on the menu bar. Your new password should be a minimum of 5 characters long.
I am unable to login since changing my password
Try logging out again first then login again. Logout
