Guidelines for listening
In an acute illness or urgent problem listen continuously until relief is felt and then listen every 15 minutes and slowly phase it out until better, like during toothache or after a sudden shock.
When you feel it is working, use it less and less often as you get better.
In a simple long running problem like falling hair or an ongoing disease like arthritis, listen once a day. If once a day seems not to be enough, then more often. For example in arthritis, if the pain goes for a few hours, repeat as needed.
In a long running problem that you have had for many years listen once daily and evaluate every few days and providing it is getting better slowly then just keep going. It might get better very quickly in which case stop and repeat if necessary later. There should be signs that it is improving after a month. If so does continue until it gets completely better. If the improvement plateaus at some level that is good but not sufficient then maybe you need a complementary therapy to help you make further progress. This could be a visit to a homoeopath, acupuncturist, natural health specialist, craniosacral therapist, reflexologist, psychotherapist or regular exercise programme like Pilates and yoga or simply more exercise. In a long running trauma listening once a day maybe enough. Repeat until it is resolved, a month could be the maximum. If the trauma is causing disturbing dreams, when these stop maybe it is time to stop.
You can stop and start listening again whenever you want to. You cannot become immune or resistant to these resonances so there is no problem if you forget or have a break. And they are not addictive.
If listening once daily for a week, or maybe a month in a more chronic problem, has no affect then it maybe there is a more pressing problem, it is a wrong understanding of the problem, wrong diagnosis, etc and stop. Try professional help as above. Also see FAQs.
The music is not the healing download, it only carries it; the music alerts you to when to listen. However poor the quality of the music reproduction it can still work fine.
These resonances are like specific tonics to facilitate self healing. This is not the same as medical treatment and it is not a medical treatment as normally understood.
