FAQs
Of course you should continue any treatment you are using and to use your skilled health helpers (doctors, surgeons, health practitioners, homeopath) to diagnose, monitor and help you as you think is appropriate. You could consult http://www.wddty.co.uk to see if what you are doing already is really health creating.
If you are on ANY drug treatment you should not use these downloads yourself. Consult a homeopath or other healer for support.
In the holistic health there is also the approach of treating the person individually. Therapies like aromatherapy, reflexology acupuncture, herbalism, homeopathy, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu and many body orientated therapies and many others approach health this way. These person-centred approaches are very important if not essential when there is a strong, person-centred stress or problem running. These downloads are very complementary to person-centred approaches but do not replace them. However people often use person centred approaches when a disease centred approach is a higher priority and frequently both together is more effective than either. Restoring health properly by these downloads (and alongside person centred therapies) works on all levels together, just as our self healing works on all levels, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. These downloads will complement any existing treatment but are especially complementary to holistic health treatments as above.
As a general rule of thumb if one therapy doesn't work it doesn't mean that the others cannot an example of a psychological approach fails then the physical approach might be more appropriate. For example in birth trauma and after many different types of physical injury and accidents craniosacral therapy could be highly useful. There is often great force used in birth in mechanical interventions which caused deep physical trauma. If the surgeon puts the person back together after an accident there is still the memory of the accident in the tissues and the bones. Likewise after a structural correction due to some early deformity. These need addressing as well. And the systems of the body from the cerebral spinal fluid through to the structure may need help. It is not possible to give clear guidelines as to which is the most appropriate help. We suggest here that to use the resonant downloads alongside other holistic treatments but that you start one separate from the other so that you know what is happening and you the first therapist know what you are doing. So for example if you been having a regular session with a specific kind of therapist and you of progress so far but not completely then adding in a download could be a good idea. Generally speaking to therapies will often work better than one as they complemented each other.
Generally we do not mention any other therapies other than homoeopathy routinely as this would become repetitious but that does not mean that we do not recommend them. Likewise we do not mention medical doctors/physicians routinely as we assumed your primary health carer is involved.
Resonance is the healing principle used by wild animals in self-selection of beneficial herbs and minerals that assist healing to occur, which was later adopted by early traditional healers based upon their observation of animals all over the world. It is still used by traditional healers worldwide, and in some cases, it has been well developed and refined into a specific healing form like homeopathy. The use of resonance, therefore, for stimulating self-healing is effectively very old, and the download is really based on a healing law of this universe, just as gravity is a mechanical law.
In our methodology, our own self-healing (the total spirit/mind/body defence against illness) for a specific illness or disease is boosted by a download containing the healing information; it amplifies the defensive response, just as striking middle C sets off other Cs. The download that mobilises healing is, however, a multidimensional complexity, a whole orchestra playing, not just a single string resonating with another.
Resonance is a common thread which runs through almost every branch of engineering and science and life in general, and yet a lot of people have never studied it. Without it we wouldn't have radio, television, music, or swings on playgrounds, not to mention cool gismos like Tesla coils or MRI scanners or psychological reflective processes. It occasionally causes a bridge to collapse - the new Millennium Bridge in London suffered from unintended resonance from a thousand feet trampling at once. When Princess Diana died there was a massive grief resonance.
Simple, one dimensional resonance is common place and easy to observe. Here are some example sites, but remember, these are examples of simple resonance, not an orchestrated, holistic resonance.

In some countries like the UK is illegal to in any way advertise treatments for cancer. This is an archaic law and most sections of it have been repealed and effectively it acts as suppression of all other treatments of cancer other than that offered of by the medical profession and the pharmaceutical companies. As such it is the gag and a breach of human rights but nonetheless it exists as a law. So for information about any possible resonances to help with cancer you must go through a registered medical practitioner such as a homoeopath.
Another reason is that in serious pathologies you really do need a homoeopath or other person is similarly equipped who can support the recovery process and while you may realise this is a sensible restriction there are people who want to treat themselves with very serious pathology and then ask us advice which we cannot give.
With healing there is sometimes a healing crisis and sometimes you just get better without any other effects being noticed.
Most often the healing crisis will pass without much effort or inconvenience or even being noticed. There might be a mild diarrhoea, a passing fever, or coughing up something, a nightmare, a mild replay of old symptoms that you know from before, and nothing that is particularly unusual or scary. This is the normal course of events.
However we need to be thorough on this website and you need to be informed so below are the less likely possibilities. But remember, there may be no healing crisis, or most often it's a mild and hardly notice.
It is very important that you wise up to this healing crisis situation beforehand and become educated in this areas of health and recovery and become an informed person who can make your own decisions. During the crisis is not a good time to put the foundations in place. If you are person who routinely panics about health and disease when your children are being sick in any way then you will not be in a position to handle any serious healing crisis unless you really educate yourself including resolving your panic.
The main reason for a healing crisis is a toxicity in the body or in the psyche. So whatever it is which has accumulated in the mind/body and become sluggish energy will seek to discharge.
If the healing crisis takes a physically there can be symptoms like fevers and diarrhoea and discharges and itchy eruptions and excessive smelly perspiration as your body comes back to life. Not all of these are at all likely or common but one or more might happen. The degree to which they might happen depends on the level of toxicity and the inherent vitality of your body. In a young child, which has a very dynamic vitality, it is likely to be fast and furious and rather intense and short and as a parent you might be a bit scared. In an older person, retired, then the vital system is much slower so it's much more likely to be slow and long drawn out.
The main thing is that these toxic outpourings pass if you let them but if you try to stop them you can easily slow or stop the healing process.
If it is a fever, a young child can tolerate quite a high fever for a couple of days or even longer without complications normally, whereas an old person is more likely to have a lower fever, which last longer maybe, and the main thing is not to suppressed the fever. Do not use aspirin or paracetamol to bring the fever down. That is officially recognised as very poor medical practice although virtually everybody on the planet advocates it. If the child is very hot, over 40°C and is otherwise fine then sponging the body or putting wet socks on is usually enough to lower the fever. Or use a cool shower or a cool bath will drop the fever a bit in a natural way is not harmful. If you don’t trust the situation ask your doctor and get a second opinion from a homoeopath. Saving life is always the first priority. Do not take risks you don't feel good about or confident about. If you don't feel confident you must get medical advice.
What you need to know is that the fever is part of the immune system working and this particular purpose is to keep the virus or bacteria under control while the immune system is working out the production of billions of fighter cells to attack the invading bacteria virus etc. This takes about two days and the fever is the safety device which keeps them under control until then. Then once this fighter cells go to work the fever naturally drops and discharges start to happen all over the place as the toxic products of the dead viruses or bacteria are deposited anywhere they can be, which is in commonly through the skin and you get unsightly eruption. This will pass. Other alternatives are diarrhoea, smelly perspiration and increased perspiration and offensive breath etc. These are signs of a healthy immune system working and are to be encouraged.
The healing crisis does not always include a fever or discharges but rather a rerun of old symptoms that you had before and sometimes in the reverse order to which they occurred in your life or in the order of the importance they have been in your health.
The healing crisis also happens on a psychological level and this can happen without physical symptoms at all, or it can accompany physical symptoms. Often it can involve a rerun of some of your earlier psychological symptoms and these come and go often, day by day a new set, often without any sign of fever or other discharges; this is psychological reprocessing and psychological detoxing. Any number of old hurts and traumas and psychological states like depression and anger and rage and fears and phobias can come back temporarily to haunt you but these too will pass and just by knowing this and being patient and curious and interested you can watch this process happen without getting involved in it. If you are starting to panic or in some other way losing control of the situation you either need help from a homoeopath, doctor or therapist or friend or if you can identify the core problem yourself then you can use one of the healing downloads trauma to help yourself. A good place to look is traumahealing.com and healingdownloads.com and vitalremedies.com.
Finally another key part of the healing crisis is a spiritual realisation and by this we commonly mean that you have a fresh look at life and an intuitive insight into how to rearrange your life in fundamentally more satisfying and satisfactory way. For example you realise your career is just going in the wrong direction you, or it’s completely the wrong career for you, it might have been chosen by your parents or by some external authorities in the days of communism, and you realise a completely new direction is needed. If you allow the healing crisis this commonly happens. It's routine with healing whatever the type of the healing. A gay guy who took PC1 for AIDS had a life transforming spiritual revelation which he is writing a book about and which became the core event of his life. A young mother after a healing crisis confronted her mother for the first time in her life and set boundaries and told her she loved her and told her mother she expected her to tell her she loved her too. A lot shifted in one long conversation and this permeated many other areas of her life.
It may be very sensible to consult your doctor in the healing crisis. However, I should mention that doctors are not very skilled in healing crises and in healing in general. It is just not common them to see in their practices as that is not what they do routinely. issimply not what they see and not what happens in their practice. Their method is to suppress and fight the symptoms, by killing the virus, by shutting down the pain, by suppressing the eruption on the outside skin or on the inside skin of the lungs, using painkillers, cortisone, antihistamine, anti-inflammatories, antibiotics and antiretrovirals, (notice the antis) and this method can make the disease process deeper and worse in the long run although it may appear in the short term there are benefits. What is certain is that this is not a curative programme of healing and a doctor, when they don't understand the healing crisis, will want to shut it down by giving a drug for each major symptom. Paracetamol for the fever, cortisone to the itching, antibiotics for the bacterial infection, painkillers for the pain etc.
So while doctors are not familiar with the healing crisis and the shape and form of recovery from a disease, what you want to avoid is making a catastrophe out of a crisis by suppressing it with drugs and likewise not spotting the catastrophe in the crisis and this is why you should consult your doctor. You need to be informed about the severity of your situation and the risk involved and then make your own decision. This is a difficult balance to achieve since a person in a white coat and a stethoscope hanging out of it is a powerful archetypal figure and is often intimidating without intending to be. And often one parent or person in the situation is in favour of the doctor's advice and the other person is not. On one hand your doctor may agree with you that this is mild and will probably pass by itself and at the other hand they may tell you something vital that you had not appreciated. Or in a typical worst-case they may threaten you that if you do not follow their advice the patient could die or have serious complications. This is a sign of insecurity in the doctor, or it may be reality and you have to decide or get another opinion. You can also find support from people like homoeopaths who understand the holistic way of healing. Then you need to make your own decision or in consultation with those who trust and love and those who are experts you respect.
You can find homoeopaths through a frequently asked questions section on this website. Obviously there are many holistic doctors as well.
In any emergency situation, saving life is the first priority, so while you may want to extend your boundaries of competence always work within safe limits and get doctors advice whenever you are not sure, and a second or first opinion from a holistic medical practitioner as well.
We would appreciate feedback on any support you get.
